I get its a jam game and free but seems weird in your game where it's that easy to die and lose all your progress that you: a) would make players sit through unskippable dialogue boxes and a camera shift on restart and b) make it so even running full tilt

It is barely a game. You just walk around until an exclamation mark pops up and you can right click to see a blurb of menial, limb-wristed therapist nonsense. Occasionally there are enemies that you need to avoid. It unironically features a "safe space."
