This game has been fixed now and works properly as to the gamplay: it's Twilight Struggle but smaller in scope and way shorter making for a perfect game if you don't have time for a full Twilight Struggle game.

Do not waste your time. Play the board game solo. The AI is way too powerful. You can predict what cards the AI will play without even knowing what's in the hand. AI always gets the perfect die roll at the perfect time. Player cards just disappear at rand
