I got this game to play with my 4 year old who likes paw patrol.
He enjoyed it and had fun. The game was quite easy, so he was able to figure it out mostly on his own. The game was pretty short, he finished all the main missions in ~3.5 hours.

Hard to rate this game but a plus is that it's co-op so you can enjoy it with your kids.
But for a 5 year old the game is too basic and too short, maybe it's a good game to start with but not if you played other games prior to this.
