I had the warp bow bug. They added some barrels to block you from hitting the switch. I used a cannon arrow from above and was able to hit the switch and therefore was missing the key to get the warp bow. I added a line to a save file as per the fix, save

Ocean Heart a great adventure game with RPG elements included. This game reminds me a lot to Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons (My favorite zelda game). The quests are simple but fun though some really felt more like tasks than quests and some side quest
