A super boring and ugly pseudo-intellectual game.
It also has a super stupid achievement where you need to have the game running for 10 hours in one sitting, btw. the game is around 1 hour long.

Игра просто ни о чем. Претенциозность идеи и абсолютно нулевая реализация, хотя бы потому что в диалогах непонятно кто говорит, а от этого с

Very thought provoking. I would recommend 2 playthroughs. Roughly 40 minute runtime.
Definitely a game that you have to play on it's terms. Extremely interesting choice to make it so that it's unknown who is speaking which lines of dialogue.

An argument for video games as an art form.
If you don't mind the game-play being what most would consider a walking simulator - and you enjoy PS1 era graphics, this is a compact existential/philosophical horror experience for fans of slow burn explorat

I really enjoyed this game. Yeah, it's a slower game and demands a lot of attention to detail and dialog but if you like these "slow burn" kind of experiences with a somewhat surreal atmosphere and abstract concepts, then you'll love this game.

This played more like a european arthouse film, and appeals more to modern artsy or philosophical people. A poetry visual novel/game that demands attention rather than seeking to entertain.
The dialogue was extremely slow and ruined the experience for me

The Space Between is slow, tedious, and reeks of pretension. It doesn’t want to meet you at your level or be accessible. Although I admire being true to an artistic vision and not compromising, I can’t really say I felt anything stronger than mild ann

A sentimental slow-burn that asks you to reflect on the barriers you place between yourself and the people around you. It also manages to slowly envelope you in complete dread [spoiler]without employing a SINGLE jumpscare, which even as a jumpscare enjoye

As the description suggests, a gloomy and atmospherical experience.
It is very contemplative and philosophical, you can tell there was a drive behind the works; a message.
Gameplaywise there is the issue with the subtitles/texts, they really take their t

The narrative points at a lot of philosophical ideas about boundaries (spiritual, cognitive, and corporeal), but I failed to find a real over-arching point to this experience. The English translation doesn't do a great job of conveying meaning, and the sn

The story itself is an interesting idea, I would argue. However, the execution is hindered by a somewhat clunky script and graceless pacing.
What ultimately saves the experience is the last act. However, I am not confident that this alone makes up for th
