Its a unique game in so many ways both for good and bad.
Don't buy you can not put up with some performance issues and crashes.
The organ system was interesting but was under developed, I wish I could carry a spare organ in my other hand not just a gun.

The grotesque designs and hopeless aesthetics are very surreal, with good soundtrack.
