I think if you go into this game with the mindset of playing a regular touhou game you might be disappointed. As others have pointed out there isn't any scoring system in the game, and the patterns in the game feel a lot less consistent and not super rout

Gimmicky shot types, bombs that range from "oh my god why" to "how do I use this", and sidearms which can be stronger than the bombs depending on how good you are at killing things. The bullets here are fast, so if your a bit slower when it comes to react

Bullet vomit attacks, poor visibility, no scoring system. Health system means some patterns dont have to be dodged, just tank them and heal at the end. Maybe better later down the line.
