This is more a neutral review.
The game is overall pretty nice and collection treasures and exploring the huge maps is fantastic and a lot of fun.
The story is very basic but ok, visuals are nice, sound ok the same DQ soundtrack you have for every game.

I couldn't recommend this game, even if you're a fan of the franchise, or you really love DQ11, take a pass on this game. There are better spin offs and better yet, if you've never played DQ Builders 1 and 2, get that instead, especially you're expecting
