EDIT: Kinda solved the performance issues with the Dev's suggestions in his replies to this review. Improving my recommendation now. This is a great game, and it's mostly the innate nature of the engine he used that causes the performance issues.

Tiny unreadable UI at high resolutions with no options to change UI scale or game resolution. Scrolling the map somehow manages to lag. Maybe there's a good game in there somewhere but this feels like it doesn't want to be played.
