Some QoL features i would like to see are:
Level up should pop open the workers, having to scroll to look for that worker is annoying.
Select items for blacksmiths.
Highlight a worker to see their path.

Amazing little management sim. I'd like to see some events to spice up the day cycles but otherwise, this one's great to let running in the background while you do other stuff. (I'm definitely not playing this at work. Swear.)
