Ground of Aces is best compared - in my opinion - to Stranded: Alien Dawn, in that you have to (micro)-manage a WWII airbase, build it up from scratch, make sure everyone has food, water, and a bed, and that the aircraft can take off and land properly.

Have been playing it since BETA and each new addition makes it more and more enjoyable.

One thing I have noticed is if they can't do the first thing in crafting they won't move to the next, or the people with crafting priority will just ignore crafting duty.
