For some reason, Steam won't allow me to say NO I wouldn't recommend it to friends. So I come here to say it. The game crashes on me for no reason I can attribute to anything. It's okay when it doesn't crash but that kills the fun.

As you might expect of a game this age there are some issues, though it does run on W11.
You'll need a frame limiter, otherwise it will run at 900fps (no joke) and melt your entire laptop, or your desktop's GPU.
Also, it sort of works with touch screen
