The engine crashes frequently, taking the saved game with it. This is unacceptable for a perma-death game. Had more than my fill of that decades ago when playing UltraRogue on a VAX in college.

Exceedingly good recreation of Rogue, the tutorial is very well written and any new players should have an easy time jumping in and getting themselves killed.
I'd prefer if there was some form of meta progression to go along with the easier difficulties,

Dont know if it was just me but I couldnt even play the game. Resolution was set to something crazy and I couldnt even get to the options to change resolution. Sadly as much as I wanted to play this game I just physically couldnt. I cant recommend the gam
