I really enjoyed it! There was a fun process of learning the mechanics and some of the battles were definitely thinkers. I suggest you try not to do the Arena at all on a play through (at least the U.C.S. campaign). Favorite Character was Matthew

Updated Review after finishing the regular campaign. Playing it to catch up on some of the Square Enix classics. The quality of the remake is solid. I guess it strikes a good balance to keep the classic feel. Not overly fancy but it gets the job done.
