This game is ahead of it's time.
Having a pseudo open-world game where you can talk to NPCs, get in cars/vans and drive, arrest whoever you want, take trash from the streets and then throw it back in 1999 is nuts. I think this was Mucky Foot's first game

I thought this was the sickest game when I played it back in 1999 at 7 years old, and I was right. This game still slaps in 2025. If you're having issues with the game freezing up, just run the fallen.exe as an administrator - that should do the trick :)
