It's more of the way to say thanks to the developer for an awesome main game, than an actual DLC.
Desktop Dungeons can easily provide 50-100+ hours of gameplay for a very low price, adding few bucks to it seems reasonable.

Considering how much Dungeons of Dredmor gives you for it's add-ons, it's very dissapointing to see QCF Design give us a 3 trait starter, a random item from a dungeon starting bonus and 3 quests for a whopping 5$ -_-
(My advice, check gggg2A and KKKinng

It's very fun to play as the Goatperson, plus it helped me get one of the achievements! I mean, I probably could have gotten Polytheist without it, but it was much, much easier to use the Goatperson.
