The best DLC overall. It isn't frustrating, and the level design somewhat reminds me of Dark Souls 3. It is without a doubt one of the best DLCs in the series, but it isn't very long. You could beat this DLC in about 3 hours. The boss fights are excellent

This is the only Dark Souls 2 DLC that I'm giving a thumbs up, because I felt like although it certainly has its drawbacks, it adds enough new and memorable things to be worth it. For one, navigating the level can be confusing but is more fun due to this.
