The offline time bank mechanic shines here. You can burn through run after run when you start playing again and that is massively more helpful than grinding one run while offline.

Game is overcomplicated. You have hundreds of different windows where you can increase power of your team. The point is that it is not fun, very confusing and boring. I really like to support Clicker/Idle game developers but I can not recommend this game.
