Disgraceful!
Won't save anything. Won't read any files with video.
Crashes every time I try and save.
No Customer support as yet.
If no joy in the next day or so I'll be asking steam for my money back.

It is THE worst product I've ever bought. I tried using it to edit a video and it was terrible. This is made for photo albums not gaming. Also I recorded at 720p and it looked like 144p the audio was terrible as well.
