They have continued to refine the interface to make it even more user friendly, like that of football manager. This version makes it much easier to run your team. Great sim if you want to run your own team from the majors to the rookie leagues.

I don't have the time to go all out with this game, but I still have a great time playing approx. 3 or 4 hours a week. I say that because I don't think you need to be a baseball nerd for this game to be fun, it is awesome however you choose to play it.
