Don't bother. Development for this ceased way too soon for it to be of any use to anyone. Interesting idea, but it was half baked. If you're going to try it, though, the demo is pretty much everything you need to mess around with.

It seems mostly functional, However I am experienceing a very difficult bug where I can not see the Game screen, i see the UI for the editor but no matter what I add to the game the Game screen remains black. When this is solved I would reccomend this.

very versatile.
decent models for those who can't make their own.
great graphics. well, kinda.
Cons:
no infantry! none!
