As of 01 June 2025 you are paying for a demo. (the exe is called LastOfThemDemo-Win64-Shipping.exe) However for a sort demo it's not bad, it's surprising optimised for a UE5 game. But atm I would not recommend paying full price. If it's on sale then sure
