Definitely recommended if you like the base game, but you need to know 2 things:
1) this DLC assumes you have extensive game knowledge already, do not play this before completing the main game
2) these puzzles are larger and more difficult than the base

The puzzles are even harder than the base game and man is it crazy, but I wound up motivated more by the story of Gehana than the puzzles as they began to reach the ridiculous side of things.
