Mother Beholder is one ugly boss. Incredibly difficult. You should use Frozen Axe to fight it.
Overall a very good challenging game with excellent soundtrack. I still think Mother Beholder is way overtuned though.

Short and infuriating. You should bring a somewhat high frustration tolerance. If you like very difficult achievements, this is the game for you.
It's the predecessor of Valfaris and it shows in some places. On sale it's good invested money though.

Brutally hard but visually stunning. It bleeds that 80's and 90's heavy metal influence that inspired so many back in the day. Gameplay wise it has it's quirks, not always for the better but if you stick with it it's well worth the experience.

Game is tough, but it tests your patience and takes a while to get used to the controls. sometimes the level design can be rather cheap and even unfair, but that's part of the challenge.
It has a killer death metal OST and the sprite work is really neat.
