Doesn't work--- the Sunrise DLC shows as Purchased on my account, but there's no way to install it, and when I try to launch Sunrise mode in-game it just directs me to the Steam storefront, where it adds a gift copy to my cart since it's already in my acc

Worth getting on sale but hard to justify at full price. The generated levels are well done and it's exactly the chill mode that's described.
Minor issue: You have to uninstall the game then re-install it to force Steam to download this DLC.
