I figure out the problem for the unhandled exception. You don't have to open the file that steam put on your desktop, you have to go on "Yourdrive:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\search folder number with Rex\REX Soft Clouds" and open "rextextureapp.exe"

Completely useless - currently they are not including the EXE file to configure the thing so it won't work. I recomend either downloading directly from the publisher, or piracy.
