Norsca is a solid faction to play as. Doomstacking Mammoths was some of the most fun I've had in this game. They are overshadowed by Warriors of Chaos but not by much.

Maybe when the latest WH3 DLC comes out with a Norsca overhaul, but they're severely lacking. Preorder bonus at least, but Warriors of Chaos in WH3 are just infinitely better than Norsca's current state.

Latest patch and DLC (Tides of Torments) added a HUGE update to this faction, leveling it to WH3 standards. Norsca is no longer outdated and each lords have unique gimmicks. DLC is worth if you enjoy Chaos factions.

Norsca got a rework as of 7.0, bringing them to TWWH3 standard. I haven't tried Throgg yet, but I've played Wulfrik, and he is significantly better after the rework. He now starts in Lustria, and he can teleports to any visible port in the campaign map.

Actually really good now since the new mechanics in the most recent update so ulfric can now fast travel the entire world if you just send a hero to roam around the coasts first time i have actually finished a campaign on norsca and had a really good time
