It is a nice addition to the game, that is true.
But it honestly won't increase your playtime.
If you want to have 100% of characters, buy.
And if you don't care about that: Do not buy.

For those who are mad that this isn't in the season pass, any Playstation console exclusive DLC is never included in season passes on steam. Otherwise yea, mid pack and only buy if on sale.
