I understand the negative reviews, but most of the recent ones are just about the game not working. But there is a fix, I'm too dumb to explain it, but you can look up how to fix it and it worked for me. I will still prefer previous games for a realistic

I bought this game waayyyy back when it was initially released. It never worked for anyone, it was completely unplayable. I bought the Gold version for 1.99 just to see if it was ever fixed. Nope.

Graphics-wise, the highpoint of the Silent Hunter series. Gameplay-wise I think the peak was Silent Hunter IV. Very unstable and the stock TDC is not as usable as the TDC in Silent Hunter IV. The RPG aspect of walking around the sub is cool but gets old.
