I think the skin isn't really that great once you see it in game.
The guns though; The Seburo-30 is awesome; it has the best scope in the game! damage is good, I find it needs the accuracy bumping a bit though, as it lacks a bit at long range. Otherwise,

If you are a big GitS fan then the iconic skin alone is worth buying the pack. In-game you'll only see your own skin at the end of the round, but other people will see you in the skin you select at all times.
