I finished on normal in under an hour. Hard mode seems to ramp the challenge up. It's not an endless wave shooter, there is a final boss at the end. Fun game, good price.
Edit: Finished hard mode in about 2 hrs. Definitely gave me a workout.

While the game works fine, it's repetitive and barely increments on its premise: throw the Glaive. You end up with one tired arm (your other arm is worthless), a twisted up VR headset cable, and very little sense of accomplishment.

Cool twist on the wave-based shooters that are currently flooding the market.
