Not a terrible purchase and easy to kill a few hours, but there is really no need to do anything other than spam CL Admiral's.

Build your fleet, and can name individual craft after real vessels, atmospheric if you have read about them. So the Scharnhorst class has also a Gneisenau, etc.

Pretty boring. The whole DLC really just devolves into spamming cruisers. 10-15 hours of just cruiser spam. Even the side objectives, which I usually find to be the best part of this franchise, to be pretty tedious, luck based, or boring.
