You get a quest for all minor factions, the rewards are meh (temporary increase in one of FIDSI) and the quests are nice to have as they add some variety to your runs (you only get quests for the species you have) and have some nice worldbuilding though t

I think game has too many quests. They are interesting but the rewards are slim. I only ever bother completing a non faction quest if I would do so anyway. The quests just fill up a queue and are a distraction. It's too bad because the writing is good
