I'm surprised this is so negative in the reviews. It's one of the few DLC's for this game I've found worth buying due to the significantly different play mechanics to change it up rather than just another map +/- an extra kind of track or not.

Most of the negative reviews are because of bugs which have now been fixed. The rules could be explained better, but after one solo game, you'll have them figured out then can start enjoying the different rule set.

It's probably the most cumbersome expansion and the system of changing the track colours is a little clunky, but the bugs have been ironed out and it's pretty fun to play.

It works pretty well, no hangups, no errors, loooks like they fixed it.
Playing on this map, with a bit different rules, is refreshing.
One downside is the stupidity of the bots. They can get stuck easily and keep drawing cards forever
