This DLC is not that bad, the hammer maybe slow to use, but i found that if you jump and ground slam with it it works alot better and is pretty fun. also the buffs are very good with this pack. plus the armour is very nice

Avoid this DLC.
If you were slightly interested in how a Melee focused class in Defiance would work then this isn't it. What you get is a 45s cooldown ability that summons a craptastic Hammer that you can swing a handful of times before it disappears.
