It is not, there are no battlers included though the character sprites and environments are nice enough. It's not terrible but really not work the asking price.

Got this as a birthday gift.
While most of hte content is really neat looking indeed, I am more than annoyed at the fact that, once again, this is a pack that adds character sprites but NO portrait to go with certain character sprites.
